Coordinated the rezoning and approvals for parties involved. 2. ASSET PURCHASE and CONVERSION On behalf of an international Charitable Organization, located and negotiated the purchase of a residential complex. Coordinated the rezoning, approvals and renovations for residences and training space for refugees. 3. RISK and ASSET MANAGEMENT On behalf of the Superior Court of Ontario, assumed responsibility for control and management of a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio in southern Ontario, assisted in forensic accounting and cash-flow reconstructions; completed repairs of 'deferred maintenance'; with Court Order sold several properties, helped negotiate a settlement of conflict, trained and then turned portfolio back to family members. 4. BUSINESS SALE Listed and sold, as merger, a parcel delivery/courier business; an auto parts business; a property maintenance business; plus a number of hospitality, retail and commercial businesses. 5.
